Cottonwood & Clover (C&C) is a unique property that sits on nearly an acre of secluded charm featuring numerous mature trees and plants, such as peach, apricot, plum, cherry, locusts, pines, lilacs, honeysuckle, and even a small apple orchard. A seasonal ditch creek flows through the property alongside a children’s custom-built playhouse/cottage. In addition, a converted horse stall and vintage shed equipped with prop furniture and a custom-made photo wall are available on the property. C&C offers both standard hourly rentals and seasonal themed hourly rentals for photographers and their clients.
